Hello, I'm Linde!

A quote that resonates with me: "There is always something to learn and discover." Throughout my life, I've taken on new challenges. I'm driven by a great curiosity and eagerness to learn. This allows me to draw from a wide range of life and work experiences.

My passion lies in exploring and guiding how people can develop towards a vibrant and joyful life. In 2006, I founded a school for shiatsu chair massage. I still run a company for (chair) massages and workshops on managing stress in companies.

From 1998 to 2008, I developed and led numerous workshops in self-development and body awareness. Now, I primarily conduct workshops on stress management and moving towards vitality.

I have a broad background in Breathwork (rebirthing), Body-Oriented Therapy, Tao Yoga, Shiatsu, Chair Massage, NLP, Systemic Work, managerial roles, Life Coaching, and Stress and Burnout Coaching.

I love my children and grandchildren. My partner. People in general. My first cup of coffee in the morning. Conducting workshops. Painting. Nature. Hanging out with friends. The scent of pine trees.

I collaborate with a strong team of freelance, professionally trained, and certified masseurs, trainers, and yoga instructors. Anatomy and physiology were part of our training.
