Workshop Do-in

Workshop Do-in

Do-In is an ancient Japanese movement form aimed at promoting health, originally originating in China under the name Tao Yin.

Practicing Do-In involves a conscious sequence of meridian stretches, movement meditation, self-acupressure, breathing exercises, meditative practices, and strengthening the body's center: the Hara (abdomen).

The meridian stretches and self-acupressure exercises aim to stimulate the body's self-healing ability and help resolve blockages and imbalances.

Physical activity (yang) and body awareness (yin) alternate. This combination, performing exercises as a series, ensures that both body and mind simultaneously relax and become stronger.

For an hour, give yourself an energy boost with this active, toning, and enjoyable form of movement!
