Anyone who thinks yoga is just a bit of stretching is mistaken. It's hard work but holds many benefits for the body and mind.

There are many types of yoga, from very gentle to highly active forms. In yoga, the body exercises are always linked with conscious breathing, leading to deep relaxation.

In our offering, you can explore the following yoga forms:

Hatha yoga is the most well-known form of yoga. It consists of Asanas, the yoga postures, and Pranayama, the breathing exercises.

In Tao yoga, we engage in healing exercises for all organs.

Meridian yoga comprises a series of postures that stretch all the meridians, stimulating and relaxing the organs connected to specific meridians.
